Welcome to Centennial - January 2012
“Follow me,” Jesus said to him, and Levi got up, left everything and followed him. (Luke 5: 27b-28)
Over and over again in the gospels we hear Jesus say, “Follow me”, and those to whom he says it leave everything and follow him, becoming disciples. Our fall study on discipleship included about 17 people, some in groups here at the church, some on the internet, some with a study partner over the phone. One of our last exercises was an anagram of the word disciple, using some of the concepts we studied. Three of the groups came up with:
Disciples Disciples Dear God
In Christ’s way Inspired by the Spirit I am praying
Share with Sharing our gifts So you will hear me,
Care and Called to Comfort me
Integrity Integrity In my troubles,
Praying with Prayerfully Place a loving hand on me,
Love for Leading with a view to Lead me with your love
Everyone Eternity Everlasting. Amen

Information
Whether you are a visitor or a new resident in Calgary, we hope that you will feel comfortable here. Our fellowship includes people from all over the world and our blended form of worship reflects this. We hope that you will find our worship meaningful and that you will want to come again.
Nursery care is available for children under 3 years of age. All children are welcome to worship with their parents. We also offer a Sunday School program for children ages 3-12 during worship and have several all generational worship services during the year.
Everyone is invited to gather for coffee and fellowship in our lower hall immediately following the service.
A recent addition of a lift means our building is fully accessible.
